Recent graduates from the Moody Bible Institute, Darrin and Sharon Speck have begun a work among young families in the Washington, D.C. area. Darrin worked as a machinist for three years before attending Moody, but felt the Lord leading him to full-time ministry. Sharon began her college career at Illinois State, but also felt the call to ministry. They met at Moody and soon realized that God was calling them to work among the Jewish people.

Darrin and Sharon are reaching the young, secular Jewish population. With a focused a ministry in a townhouse community, they reach out to neighbors through dinner parties, holiday celebrations, discussion groups and Bible studies. It is their desire to create a community where Jews and Gentiles, husbands and wives, worship God together and gain a deeper understanding of the Jewishness of our faith and our Messiah.
