Bob grew up in a Gentile, churchgoing home. It wasn't until his twin sisters, who wanted to be missionaries, went to Bible college that they found a personal relationship with Jesus and shared the Good News with Bob. After visiting a local church, Bob asked the Lord into his life. Bob and Emily met in Bible college where they served for a while with a Jewish ministry. After 25 years in private business, they have now come to work full-time with Chosen People Ministries. The Seemars' work is to develop, manage, improve and expand Messianic Centers in Chosen People Ministries and to get local churches involved in the projects through volunteer help, to the end that Jewish people might come to know their Messiah. Bob and Emily Seemar love to tell Jewish people about Jesus. When Emily was very young, her mother was invited to a Chosen People Ministries ladies' Bible study in New York. She began attending regularly and it wasn't long before she found Jesus as her Messiah. Emily found the Lord at Chosen People Ministries' children's camp.
