Alan Shore is a Jewish believer in Jesus who has served as a pastor and instructor in biblical studies at Trinity Western University in Langley, British Columbia. For the past five years he has traveled with "A Chosen Vessel," a one-man dramatic presentation on the life of the Apostle Paul, which Alan has performed in churches, learning institutions and community theaters.

Alan was born and raised in Jamaica, Long Island, and became a believer in 1975. After moving to Washington State in 1978, he completed a Master of Divinity degree at Fuller Seminary.

Kirsten Shore was born in Great Falls, Montana, and holds bachelor's degrees in French and Russian from the University of Washington. She uses her foreign language abilities as an interpreter and translator for the growing Russian immigrant community.

Alan and Kirsten were married in Seattle in 1981, and they make their home in Bellingham, Washington.
